Fio2 Platform Terms & Conditions

Please read this document carefully before using fio2 services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to periodic review.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the fio2 platform — including the website, mobile application and all related services — you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies published by fio2.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using the fio2 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms apply to all fio2 platform users in Malaysia, including those accessing via mobile browser, app or any other device. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use any services on this platform.

Account Creation and Security

Account Registration

To access the full range of fio2 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. fio2 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account details.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fio2 password and login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you are required to notify fio2 immediately through the customer support channel.

Fio2 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your own account credentials.

User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

As a fio2 platform user, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. The platform must be used solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative or unlawful activity under Malaysian law.
  • Creating an account using a false identity or another person's identity without authorisation.
  • Using automated software, bots or any technical means to manipulate the system or games.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt or exploit any vulnerability in fio2's technical infrastructure.
  • Abusing bonuses, promotions or special offers in a manner that violates the relevant terms.
  • Sharing or transferring account balances to other users through unauthorised methods.

Any breach of the above rules entitles fio2 to take immediate action, including suspending or closing the account, forfeiting any related balance, and reporting the activity to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Additional Usage Rules
  • This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above.
  • One account per person; multiple accounts are not permitted.
  • Using a VPN to bypass geographical restrictions may result in account suspension.
  • All activity on the platform is subject to monitoring for security and compliance purposes.
  • Fio2 reserves the right to adjust betting limits or decline any bet at management's discretion.

MYR Payment and Transaction Information

All transactions on the fio2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). You may deposit using approved local payment methods including Touch 'n Go, Boost and FPX via Malaysian local banks. fio2 does not accept cash payments or direct international transfers.

Each deposit request is subject to a minimum amount based on your chosen payment method. All deposits that have been processed and credited to your account are final and non-reversible, except in verified cases of fraud.

For withdrawals, you are required to complete identity verification before your first request is processed. Withdrawals will be credited to the bank account registered under the same user's name. fio2 reserves the right to decline any withdrawal request that raises fraud concerns or involves unresolved bonus conditions.

Fio2 is not liable for any processing delays caused by third-party banking systems, technical failures beyond our control, or additional verification requirements.

Key Transaction Policy
  • All amounts in RM (Malaysian Ringgit).
  • Instant deposits via FPX and your preferred e-wallet.
  • Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Identity verification is required for your first withdrawal.
  • Minimum withdrawal limits apply — check your account for the latest details.
  • Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted.

Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property

Fio2 Liability Limits

Fio2 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. fio2's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total deposits held in that user's active account at the time the claim is made.

The fio2 platform is provided "as is" and fio2 makes no guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions, technical errors, or security vulnerabilities.

Account Suspension and Closure

Fio2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, platform abuse or illegal activity. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, the account balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of an investigation.

Users whose accounts have been suspended for security reasons may contact fio2 customer support to go through the review and appeal process.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fio2 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of fio2 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from fio2.

Unauthorised use of fio2 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links and Terms Amendments

The fio2 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. fio2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Fio2 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
